Tiny MMO prototype — click to walk, chop trees, talk to NPCs. Doubles as scaffolding for a "contemplative room around your real work" idea. Multiplayer over WebSockets; persistent accounts; A* pathfinding.

Kinesthetic AI partner — a body on the other side of the glass. Webcam pose → a partner that mirrors and (eventually) plays improv games with you. Movement first; sonic and voice next.
